I have spent almost all the 30 hours since my last post in bed. Hats off to all those who have managed to stand their watches.
I have (so far) resisted sickness but the lassitude and incompetence have been a bit much in 50 knots of wind and 5m seas. Even the permanent crew admit this is tough. We are making about 5 knots over the ground so anther 350 nautical miles to go!
Oh no! I hope those nautical miles pass swiftly and the weather eases significantly. I know you expected a level of sickness, hopefully this is near to an end & you can enjoy the first sightings of Antarctica! Take Care x
Hang in there — we are all rooting for you!

Oooh, tough. Hope you feel better soon and the sea calm dear friend
Oh Sarah,
I do so remember the woe of the Drake Passage……
…… Hope you’re through it soon!
Love Jo x
Feel better soon x
And I thought that time we sailed into Weymouth was quite choppy.Keep on keeping on, Sarah. I’m so in awe of what you are doing. Dxxx
